How much does RealCove cost?
RealCove is only $30 paid monthly or $300 paid yearly and that pricing is guaranteed for two years. You can also register new domain names when creating a new site for only $12.95 a year and the domain is yours. If you have an existing domain name you can point it to our servers for a one time fee of $10.

What if I don’t like the service?

You have one full month from the time of subscription to try out our service. If for any reason you aren’t happy with the service you can cancel in the first month with no charge. Plus there are no contracts so you can cancel at any time for any reason. RealCove does not offer refunds.

I don’t have any technical skills, will I be able to use your service?

RealCove was built with people like you in mind. Our interface is as simple to use as surfing the web and requires no technical skills. Familiar interfaces make it easy to create, edit and delete content, and you can chose from a growing number of professionally designed templates.

RealCove is different in that there is no limit to what you can do with your site. Rather than building a static site, the RealCove platform allows you to add dynamic functionality to your site.

Can I choose my own domain name?

Yes! When signing up for the service you can register your own domain name for only $12.95 a month. There is no *.realcove.com extension.

I already have a domain name, can I still use it?

Yes! We charge a one time setup fee of $10 and you will need to continue to maintain the domain on your name and through your registrar. When signing up for RealCove you will be asked if you have an existing domain name and then will be given further instruction on what you need to do on your end to point your domain to our servers.

Can I import or export my data to/from an existing site?

Currently we do not have a service that will accommodate this. However, all of our data is routinely backed up in the case of failure, and our data centers practice the industry standards in data backup redundancy and security.

What about email?

Each web site gets 3 email forwards that forward email to other accounts. For example, if you had an existing Gmail account of joeexample@gmail.com, you could set up an email forward at joe@yourdomain.com that would direct the email to your Gmail account. If you are looking for a robust email option we recommend using Google Enterprise services, where we can forward your emails as well.

What are the limitations on the type of content I can include in my site?

At the request of our friends, spouses, community, public servants and various ecclesiastical leaders, RealCove forbids its users from using its services for illegal purposes. It also prohibits its use for pornography, illegal substances, terrorism, hate speech, criminal activity, MLM’s and all other things we think are evil.
